How do I create a monitor?
Sign up or log in, click "New Monitor" on your dashboard, enter the URL you want to track, configure your check frequency and notification preferences, and save.
What's the difference between text and visual monitoring?
Text monitoring tracks changes in the HTML/text content of a page (optionally filtered by CSS selector). Visual monitoring captures screenshots and detects pixel-level differences, perfect for pages where layout changes matter.
How do I upgrade my plan?
Go to Settings in your dashboard and click on "Manage Subscription". You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, we offer a 7-day refund policy for initial purchases. Contact us at hello@watchdiff.com within 7 days of your first payment.
How do I set up Discord/webhook notifications?
In your monitor settings, go to the Notifications tab and add a webhook URL. We support Discord webhooks and custom HTTP endpoints.
What happens when my monitor detects a change?
You'll receive an email notification (and webhook/Discord notification if configured) with a summary of what changed, including a visual diff for visual monitors.
Is there an API?
Not yet, but API access is on our roadmap. Stay tuned!
